Who We Are
The owners, Mario & Destiny Gomez, former managers of Alliance Irrigation for 8 years, purchased the business in 2023 and High Desert Irrigation began! We have enjoyed serving the northern part of Colorado with any and all irrigation needs and look forward to continuing doing business with our customers, old and new!
Mario worked for Alliance Irrigation for 11 years before he and Destiny purchased the business and started High Desert Irrigation, in 2023. Prior to working for Alliance, Mario worked and managed a farm of 18,000 acres in Dalhart Texas, for seven years, where he farmed and utilized pivot for irrigation. Mario is also licensed in pump installation.
Destiny was the office manager of Alliance Irrigation for 8 years before purchasing the business with Mario, in 2023. Destiny was raised watching her dad custom irrigate in the panhandle of Texas, and while she worked at a wholesale fuel company for 16 years, she eventually found her way back to the irrigation world when her and Mario made the big move to Colorado in 2015!

Larry Hersh
Larry is a third-generation water well driller that ran his drilling business in Loveland after it was passed down from his granddad and dad. After closing the business in 2009, Larry became a consultant in the oil field, up until 2019. In November of 2019 he came on as the water well driller for Alliance Irrigation and brought his grandson Trenton Parker on in January 2023. Larry has drilled close to 6,000 wells in all his experience in northern Colorado! Along with his drilling license, Larry also has a pump installation license.

Brady Brown
Brady started working for the local Reinke dealer during the summer of 2006, he went full time in 2008 and has continued in the irrigation industry. Brady completed classes in 2012 to become Platinum Plus Certified. When Alliance Irrigation opened in 2015, Brady came on to work for Mario with many years of experience. In 2023 Brady received his Advanced PLUS Service Certification. Brady is well versed in all our services: pivots, wells & pumps.

Clint Bate
Clint started working in irrigation in 2012, servicing pivots around the Sterling area, then started working in Kersey for the Reinke dealer by 2014. With years of experience Clint joined Mario at Alliance Irrigation as it opened in 2015. In 2015 he completed classes to become Platinum Plus Certified, followed by Advanced Plus Service Certification in 2023. Clint is also well versed in all our services: pivots, wells & pumps.

Keegan Dyer
Keegan came to work at Alliance Irrigation in 2021 and completed his Platinum Plus Certification in 2022, followed by completing Advanced Plus Service in 2024.

Wylie Boyd
Wylie started working for Alliance Irrigation in 2022, as our lead pump guy, coming from years of experience after working on pumps in the northern Colorado area.

Gerry Garcia
Gerry came to work at Alliance Irrigation in 2022 and completed his Platinum Plus Certification in 2022, followed by completing Advanced Plus Service in 2024.

Trenton Parker
Trenton came on in January of 2023 on the well drilling crew. Trent is the grandson of Larry, so well drilling runs in the family!
